We are located in Norwood, 10 minutes from the Adelaide CBD with free parking and easy access by bus 142 from North Terrace in the city. We have an experienced team of highly qualified sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapists with a broad range of experience and special interests. Our practice has a well equipped Pilates Studio and we offer highly specific Pilates and other exercise classes to assist in development of core stability and optimal function
We are very fortunate to have been able to resume individual consulting and group exercise classes including our Spinal stabilisation classes (floor classes), Equipment classes, Lifestyle fitness and balance classes; with specific hygiene protocols. Our appointments are staggered to reduce the numbers of people waiting in the reception area together. Temperatures are taken on arrival and hand sanitisation is requested on arrival and before departure from the practice. We have also allowed extra cleaning time between clients. (Unfortunately, we have had to remove all our magazines, so you won’t be able to catch up on the social gossip in WHO or SA Life!)
For those attending group classes, we ask that you bring your own towel and TheraBand; to prevent any cross-contamination. We will keep you updated if circumstances change that may impact your attendance.
