We are located in Norwood, 10 minutes from the Adelaide CBD with free parking and easy access by bus 142 from North Terrace in the city. We have an experienced team of highly qualified sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapists with a broad range of experience and special interests. Our practice has a well equipped Pilates Studio and we offer highly specific Pilates and other exercise classes to assist in development of core stability and optimal function
With the current Covid restrictions we are fortunate to be able to offer individual consults and our regular exercise programs. However, as we have several immunocompromised clients, we require all people attending classes to be vaccinated and wear a mask while exercising. We need to reduce the number of clients in some of our floor classes where we are unable to use a larger floor space.
For those attending group classes we ask that you bring a towel and your own theraband to prevent any cross contamination and that you sanitise your hands before and after attending your class.
We will keep you updated should circumstances change that may impact your attendance.
If you are in isolation or would prefer to exercise from home, we are happy to offer some individual online exercise sessions or you are welcome to join an online group class if that is appropriate for you.
