Physio Movement Classes

Led by Physios with extra training in exercise and Pilates, our Movement Foundations and Controlled Movement Classes are ideal for those who are wanting to work on their fitness, strength and mobility, but do not have a current injury or musculoskeletal problem. These classes are primarily mat-based exercises in a group format, and differ week to week to keep things fun and appropriately challenging!

How to Book

If you would like to join our Physio Exercise Classes or our Movement Classes , you will first need an assessment with a Physiotherapist. During this assessment, your Physiotherapist will speak to you about your medical history, perform a clinical assessment relevant to your issue and goals.
