Andre Carle is a Physiotherapist with experience in all typical musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and shoulder pain, as well as having a special interest working with sporting injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation.
Andre is highly skilled in dry needling, and also has experience in treating TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, vertigo, and vestibular conditions. He also provides 1:1 assessments and tailored exercise programs to support people managing osteoporosis and arthritis using a targeted, movement-based approach to help improve quality of life and long-term outcomes.
Andre is available for assessments and a number of equipment classes throughout the week at our Magill clinic.

Andre has experience working in musculoskeletal private practice clinics, including full time roles in metropolitan Sydney, regional NSW and Adelaide (Oakden and Toorak Gardens), liaising closely with his patients’ General Practitioners, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical Specialists, Case and Plan managers and a variety of other allied health practitioners.
Andre’s background includes working with high-performance athletes and sporting organisations, including roles as Team Physiotherapist for Sydney FC and Head Physiotherapist for a national football team during the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers in Qatar. He draws on this experience to deliver high-quality care to clients of all activity levels for their musculoskeletal problems and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
In addition to his time as a Physiotherapist, Andre’s career has also included football (soccer) at the elite level in Europe, USA and across Australia, where he continues to play in the South Australian NPL1.
