WARNING: Before downloading any of the audio classes you need to speak with your physiotherapist at ESSC to determine which, if any, are appropriate for you to use.  Downloading and using these audio classes at home could exacerbate your current condition.  They are only recommended for and intended for purchase by clients attending this particular class at ESSC as a way of developing more regular exercise practice at home.  Their purpose is not to replace the class where you receive valuable and important feedback and correction of exercise technique.
