Once the basics have been mastered in the Foundation Class, Mindful Movement is one option available to further your progress. This is a mat class which progress the basic movements learned in the Foundation Floor program to gently challenge your mobility and strength.
In this mat class we begin to explore spinal segmental movement while continuing to emphasise control.
Improving endurance of postural stabilising muscles is also a focus of this class.
All classes are run by qualified physiotherapists, and to commence the Mindful Movement classes, you are required to have attended the Foundation Floor program.
