We are very fortunate to have been able to resume individual consulting and group exercise classes including our Spinal stabilisation classes (floor classes), Equipment classes, Lifestyle fitness and balance classes; with specific hygiene protocols.
Our appointments are staggered to reduce the numbers of people waiting in the reception area together. Temperatures are taken on arrival and hand sanitisation is requested on arrival and before departure from the practice. We have also allowed extra cleaning time between clients. (Unfortunately, we have had to remove all our magazines, so you won’t be able to catch up on the social gossip in WHO or SA Life!)
For those attending group classes, we ask that you bring your own towel and TheraBand; to prevent any cross-contamination.
In addition to our usual exercise programs, we have recently commenced a new OSTEOFIT program aimed at helping clients to manage osteopenia and osteoporosis. Read More About OSTEOFIT
The bone health program is run by Louise and Tenille, who will assess and prescribe a specific program for each participant tailored to their capabilities.
For those who are unwell or are keen to exercise from home, we are still running a few online floor classes, balance and mobility and chair-based fitness classes. Please book in at reception if you are keen to join these classes so that we can send you the link to participate via zoom.
