Fees / Payment Methods


Fees vary according to duration of consult and experience and qualifications of your treating physiotherapist. Payment is required at the time of consultation.

We have HICAPS facility enabling health fund rebates to be claimed at the time of consultation.  As rebates vary depending on personal level of cover, you may wish to contact you health fund for your applicable rebate.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs/Motor Vehicle Accident/Workcover

We accept Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Motor Vehicle Accident and Workcover clients.

A doctor’s referral and claim number is required before treatment can commence.

Chronic Disease Management (formerly known as Enhanced Primary Care)

We also treat patients with a Chronic Disease Managment Plan.

While payment is required in full on day of consultation, we are able to process your Medicare rebate directly back to your Cheque or Savings account at time of payment.  No need for sending forms to Medicare!

There will be a gap between consult charge and rebate. Please ask one of our friendly reception staff for details.
