In addition to improving fitness and strength, this will address nutrition and other health issues.

Rhianon Wood who has 10 years experience as a personal trainer with the Metropolitan Fire Service, Workskill and RAW personal training is happy to deliver personal training sessions to clients wanting the added experience of a physiotherapist.

She has worked with both children and adults.
