Our LifeStyle Fitness Exercise Class is aimed at working towards each person’s individual goals in order for them to live a comfortable and active lifestyle.
The class involves strengthening exercises with light weights, resisted body weight exercise and cardiovascular conditioning in a well controlled, sociable, fun and enjoyable environment, while catering for each individual’s needs and limitations.
All classes are supervised by a physiotherapist and cater for up to 6 people.
Our goal is to assist all participants to achieve the level of fitness, strength and mobility to do the things they enjoy.
If you’re looking to increase your general cardiovascular fitness and the strength in your arms, legs, abdominal and back muscles and have fun doing it, our Lifestyle Fitness classes could be just right for you!
In our classes we have people in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s – so age is no barrier. If this sounds too much for you we also have Low Impact Exercise.
