During Covid-19 practice closure we ran several online exercise classes which have been fun and have kept people exercising appropriately to maintain good spinal stability, strength and endurance.
As we return to face to face classes at the practice we are continuing to offer some online classes so that individuals can maintain their exercise from wherever they are at home, work or on vacation!
This is a sample of our controlled floor class on Zoom, but we have Foundation Floor and Mindful Movement floor classes which gradually build to this level.
